Our Psychiatric Pharmacogenetic Genotyping Panel is designed to detect allelic and copy number variants in 11 drug response genes that are clinically actionable or informative on 58 medications. This test is intended to help physicians make therapeutic decisions for these selected medications that are indicated for patients with mental health disorders and which can have interindividual response variability.
For this test, targeted genotyping of functional sequence variants is performed using the Agena Biosciences platform and copy number variants interrogated for the CYP1A2, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, and CYP2D6 genes by MLPA.
