When I try to register my kit, I am presented with a page saying that my partner’s consent has not been provided. What should I do?

Your partner needs to sign a separate Clinical Informed Consent in order for our lab to process and analyze their sample. You can either reach out to your partner and have them read and accept the consent, or you can remove them from the test order. By removing your partner, they will no longer be able to send in a cheek swab sample to be analyzed by the lab.
